Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Picky Pads tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
